  • 8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (32 oz total)
  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
  • 1 scallion (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic, Sriracha, and ginger.
  2. Marinate chicken thighs in half of the mixture for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Cook marinated chicken thighs in the air fryer for about 14 minutes, turning halfway through until cooked through.
  5. While cooking, reduce the remaining marinade in a small pot until thickened.
  6. Serve chicken drizzled with reduced sauce and garnished with sliced scallions.
