  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)
  • Fresh parsley (optional)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Pat dry the cod fillets with paper towels.
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, and garlic powder.
  3. Brush both sides of the cod with the seasoning mixture.
  4. Place the fillets in the air fryer basket without overlapping.
  5. Cook at 200°C/390°F for 10-12 minutes until opaque and flaky.
  6. Remove carefully using tongs and serve with lemon wedges and optional parsley garnish.
