Creamy, naturally sweet banana oat milk made with simple ingredients. A dairy-free favorite for smoothies, cereal, or sipping cold.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 cups cold filtered water
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 12 pitted dates (optional)

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

2. Blend for 30–45 seconds until creamy.

3. Strain through a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag (optional).

4. Pour into a bottle or jar.

5. Refrigerate for up to 3 days.

6. Shake well before each use.

Notes

Use cold water to prevent slimy texture.

For a richer taste, add a spoon of nut butter.

Skip straining if using for baking or oatmeal.
