Ingredients

  • ½ cup water
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon or 1 stick
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 12 shots espresso or strong coffee
  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • Cinnamon (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Add brown sugar, water, cinnamon, and vanilla to a small saucepan.

2. Simmer for 3–5 minutes until syrup thickens slightly.

3. Brew espresso or strong coffee.

4. Froth or steam milk until creamy.

5. Add 1–2 tablespoons syrup to a mug.

6. Pour espresso over syrup.

7. Top with steamed milk and foam.

8. Garnish with a pinch of cinnamon.

Notes
