  • 120 g unsalted butter (for cake)
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 eggs (room temperature)
  • 120 g all-purpose flour (for cake)
  • 2 g baking powder
  • 50 ml fresh milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a loaf pan lined with aluminum foil.
  2. Melt dark chocolate and butter over low heat; stir in brown sugar and let cool slightly.
  3. Mix in one egg, then fold in flour until smooth.
