  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, zucchini), finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Add warm water and olive oil; stir until dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 3-4 minutes until smooth.
  4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. In another bowl, mix mozzarella, Parmesan, cream cheese, vegetables, parsley, and garlic powder.
  6. Spread the filling evenly over the dough and roll it tightly into a log.
  7. Cut into eight equal pieces and place on a greased baking sheet.
  8. Brush melted butter over the tops of each roll.
