A crispy, creamy chicken and pickle pizza topped with melted cheese and bold dill slices. It’s tangy, savory, and a fun twist on pizza night.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ball pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken (grilled or shredded)
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles, sliced thin
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese (optional)
  • 1/3 cup ranch or garlic white sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 475°F with a pizza stone or steel inside.

2. Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface.

3. Brush crust lightly with olive oil and garlic powder.

4. Spread a thin layer of sauce evenly over the crust.

5. Sprinkle half the cheese across the base.

6. Add chicken evenly across the pizza.

7. Pat dry the pickle slices and scatter them over the chicken.

8. Top with remaining cheese.

9. Bake for 10–12 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.

10. Cool for 2–3 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Patting the pickles dry prevents a soggy crust.

Use red onion or bacon for added flavor.

Reheat leftovers in a skillet for best texture.
