  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

3. Layer shredded chicken evenly across the bottom.

4. Sprinkle frozen vegetables over the chicken.

5. In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup with chicken broth and pour over the chicken and veggies.

6. In another bowl, whisk together flour, milk, and melted butter. Pour over top—do not stir.
