  • ¾ cup granulated sugar (for filling)
  • 1 large egg

  • Two 8-ounce packages refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix ground cinnamon and granulated sugar; set aside.
  3. Unroll one package of crescent dough into a greased baking dish, covering the base evenly.
  4. Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla together until smooth; pour over dough.
  5. Unroll the second package of dough over the cheesecake filling and seal seams.
