  • 2 cups croutons
  • 2 small garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 2-oz can anchovies in olive oil, undrained
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Tabasco hot sauce
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise (high quality)
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
