  • 1 large yellow onion, chopped
  • 16 ounces mixed frozen or canned vegetables
  • 2 cans (14 ounces each) cream of mushroom soup
  • 24 ounces frozen Tater Tots
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large frying pan, melt butter over medium-high heat and brown the ground beef with chopped onions until no pink remains.
