  • 12 oz penne, fettuccine, or spaghetti
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
