  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup whole-fat ricotta cheese
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest and juice
  • ½ cup finely shredded Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Chopped Italian parsley for garnish

Instructions

  6. Serve immediately with fresh parsley sprinkled on top.
