  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup flour (for crumble)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar (for crumble)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (for crumble)
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt (for crumble)
  • 1/4 cup butter (melted, for crumble)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (for glaze)
  • 3 tbsp milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a muffin pan with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, Greek yogurt, milk, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder until just combined with the wet ingredients. Gently fold in the chopped apples.
  4. Fill each muffin tin about three-quarters full with batter.
  5. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
