  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 5 ounces frozen chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
