  • 1 cup cane sugar
  • 1/2 cup organic brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch + 6 tbsp warm water
  • 1 1/2 tsp My Dessert Lover Blend
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp freshly-squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp cane sugar
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, COLD + cubed
  • 1/41/3 cup COLD almond milk
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp almond milk, unsweetened

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix drained peaches with sugar and cornstarch until coated.
  3. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt; add cold butter until crumbly.
  4. Stir in almond milk and lemon juice until just combined.
  5. Pour peach mixture into the dish and top evenly with batter.
  6. Bake for about 55 minutes until golden brown.
