  • 500 ml Heavy Cream
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 300 g Fettuccine or pasta of choice
  • 200 ml Pasta Water
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Parsley
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

  1. Cook the Fettuccine: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the fettuccine for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and reserve some pasta water.
  2. Make the Sauce: In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and stir in the heavy cream and garlic powder. Simmer for about 5 minutes until thickened.
  3. Combine: Add the cooked pasta and reserved pasta water to the sauce, stirring continuously for another 5-10 minutes.
  4. Finish: Remove from heat and mix in grated Parmesan and parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
