  • 1 cup (226g) unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 3 ½ cups (420g) powdered sugar
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the strawberries by washing and chopping them. If using frozen strawberries, thaw them and drain any excess liquid.
  2. In a stand mixer bowl, beat the room temperature butter on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add the chopped strawberries to the creamed butter and mix until well combined.
  4. Gradually incorporate the powdered sugar one cup at a time on low speed until fully blended.
  5. Add a pinch of salt for flavor enhancement and beat on high speed for an additional minute until smooth.
