Golden, garlicky knots paired with juicy chicken for a comforting, one-pan dinner perfect for weeknights or game day.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless chicken (thighs or breasts), cut
  • 1 refrigerated pizza or biscuit dough
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Season and cook chicken until golden and done. Set aside.

2. Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and half the cheese.

3. Cut dough into strips and form knots.

4. Arrange chicken and knots in greased dish. Brush with garlic butter.

5. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.

6. Bake at 375°F for 15–18 minutes.

7. Serve warm with optional dipping sauces.

Notes

Reheat leftovers in the oven or air fryer.

Prep dough and chicken a day ahead for faster assembly.

Use biscuit dough for mini party-friendly knots.
