  • 3-4 large ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for filling)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed (for crust)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for crumb topping)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. For the crust, combine flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Press into the prepared pan and bake for 15–18 minutes until golden.
  3. In another bowl, mix sliced peaches with sugar, lemon juice, and flour; set aside.
  4. For the crumb topping, mix flour, sugars, cinnamon, and melted butter until crumbly.
  5. Spread peach filling over the cooled crust and sprinkle crumb topping on top.
  6. Bake for 45–50 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Allow to cool completely before slicing.
