  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes
  • ¼ cup olives (Nocellara or Castelvetrano)
  • ¼ cup red onion
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan shavings
  • Fresh herbs: parsley and basil
  • Salsa verde dressing ingredients: garlic, capers, anchovy paste, olive oil, red wine vinegar

Instructions

  1. Prepare the salsa verde by mixing chopped parsley, basil, capers, garlic, anchovy paste (or salt), red pepper flakes, black pepper, olive oil, and red wine vinegar in a small bowl.
