  • 1/2 red bell pepper (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup sugar-free ketchup
  • 3 tbsp Besti Brown Sweetener
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • pink salt (to taste)
  • cracked black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp organic onion powder
  • 1 tsp organic garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 4 keto hamburger buns (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add ground beef and season with pink salt and black pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes until no pink remains.
  3. Stir in chopped red bell pepper and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until softened.
  4. Mix in chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, crushed red pepper flakes (if using), sugar-free ketchup, Besti Brown Sweetener, yellow mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and water.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes until thickened.
