  • Chocolate ganache (½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips & ¼ cup heavy cream)
  • Chopped nuts (e.g., pecans)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into muffin tin cups to form crusts.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; add vanilla and eggs one at a time.
  4. Pour the mixture over the crusts in the muffin tin.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes or until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
