  • 2 ½ c bread flour
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • ¼ c extra-virgin olive oil (divided)
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 2 tbsp finishing salt
  • 2-3 sprigs minced rosemary
  • 3 minced garlic cloves

  1. In a mixing bowl, mix warm water, honey, and yeast; let sit for 5 minutes until bubbly.
  2. Stir in bread flour, sea salt, and olive oil until combined.
  3. Knead on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl; cover and let rise for about an hour or until doubled.
  5. Combine melted butter, minced garlic, rosemary, and finishing salt in a small bowl.
  6. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease muffin tin with remaining olive oil.
  7. Divide dough among muffin cups; top with rosemary garlic mixture.
