Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • ¼ cup hot honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional garnish: parsley, lemon wedges

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (or air fryer to 375°F).

2. Whisk hot honey, soy sauce, oil, lemon juice, and garlic.

3. Pat salmon dry and season with salt and pepper.

4. Brush glaze generously over each fillet.

5. Bake for 12–14 min or air fry for 10–12 min.
