  • 4 Persian cucumbers
  • 3 vine tomatoes
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut flour tortillas into triangles and place on a baking sheet.
  2. Spray tortilla triangles with avocado oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake for about 12 minutes until golden brown.
