Ingredients

  • 2 oz tequila blanco
  • 1 oz dill pickle juice
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz agave or simple syrup (optional)
  • 23 jalapeño slices
  • Tajín or chili-lime seasoning (for rim)
  • Ice
  • Pickle spear and lime wedge for garnish

Instructions

1. Rim the glass with chili-lime seasoning using a lime wedge.

2. Fill a shaker with ice and add tequila, pickle juice, lime juice, syrup (if using), and jalapeño slices.

3. Shake well for 15 seconds until chilled.

4. Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.

5. Garnish with a pickle spear, lime wedge, and jalapeño slice.

Notes
