  • ½ cup milk

Instructions

  4. In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, oil, vanilla extract, and hot coffee together.
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  6. Fill cupcake liners two-thirds full with batter and bake for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool completely before filling with strawberry sauce and frosting with whipped cream.
