  • 1 packet Taco seasoning
  • 2 cups Cooked rice (white, brown, or Mexican-style)
  • 2 cups Nacho cheese Doritos (lightly crushed)
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • ½ cup Salsa or pico de gallo

Instructions
