  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed

  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients: Slice zucchinis, dice onion, and mince garlic.
